I am a bilingual Information Technology graduate with practical experience in software and web development, IT troubleshooting, and systems maintenance. I have driven measurable social media engagement using web scraping (Python), Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut to produce polished digital content that aligns with audience behavior.

In operational roles I improved workflow and inventory accuracy by implementing electronic filing and database processes, managed production and customer transactions, and supported administrative tasks to increase efficiency.
