What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where my primary research and competitive intelligence skills drive actionable insights for strategic decisions, while I improve research turnaround time and expand data analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.

I’m a Senior Research Analyst at Truist, using primary research, business acumen, and oral communication to support decision-making rooted in competitive intelligence. Over three years in the role, I focus on delivering actionable insights for strategic initiatives.

My daily work spans intelligence on competitors, market research across industries, and grounded analysis using statistical and economic data. I collaborate to answer requests “correctly, concisely, and promptly,” while also working independently across a wide range of research subjects.

I’m especially energized by improving research operations and capabilities—reducing wait times for research services, increasing data analytics capabilities, and developing team AI programs through Co-Pilot and Rogo. Before Truist, I built and scaled an oral history program as the first Oral Historian for the One Orlando Collection, creating policies, leading community outreach, training successors, and expanding a 300+ interview collection to include historically underrepresented voices.
