At Enterprise73, I manage digital and tech projects by facilitating design sprints, translating client requirements into user stories and product backlogs, and running Agile-Scrum delivery through reviews and retrospectives. I also track time, costs, and future feature budgets while mentoring teams and removing delivery impediments.

SCRUM Master facilitating Agile design sprints to gather client requirements, then leading user story and backlog planning. Run full Sprint Ceremonies (Reviews, Retros) and handle impediment removal. Track team velocity vs. estimates for cost/budget forecasting. Work with Management, Finance, HR on process improvement. Clients incl. Biomed Global, Chin Hin, Genting Simon, Changi Airport SG.
With Business Development, met prospects needing tech solutions (web/mobile apps, automation, API integrations). Built top-line proposals with the Tech and Innovation team, incl. architecture, scoping, and man-day cost estimates. Led PM post-confirmation, running Design and Development Sprints through to MVP/final delivery. Clients: Supply Chain City SG, Kel LLC Asia, and various start-ups (NDA).
Managed tech projects with Client Servicing and Clients, coordinating Tech Lead, Developers, and UX Designers on scope, requirements, risks, user flow, and KPIs. Advised departments on tech solutions, timelines, costings, and met Clients for briefs. Ensured deliverables met objectives, built internal processes to improve efficiency. Clients: BMW Malaysia, Lendlease, MDEC, Shiseido, Sime Darby.
At VLT Kuala Lumpur, I prospected and built relationships with clients and partners. Consulted with clients to identify business issues, craft briefs, and deliver proposals developed by the company. Managed project execution between the company and clients. Worked with TalentCorp Malaysia, Kimberly-Clark, Traders Hotel KL, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and Johor Premium Outlets.
At BPC, a full-service digital agency, I prospected and built client/partner relationships. Worked with the creative team on information architecture, UI, and UX-driven mock designs, and with developers on web system builds. Managed execution of digital projects with the company and clients. Worked with Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Malaysia, Commerce Dot Com, Baskin-Robbins, ABRIC Worldwide.
The Sun (now branded as theSun) is Malaysia's first national free daily newspaper in tabloid form.
What I do:
- Mock design for client's products that required to be featured on the newspaper according to briefs given from the Account Servicing team
- Check on the creatives to make sure they are print-ready
