What I'm looking for

I'm looking for QA leadership or project coordination opportunities where I can improve delivery quality, lead cross-functional teams, and apply AI-assisted workflows to testing, reporting, and release management.

At Magic EdTech, I lead end-to-end manual and content validation for digital learning platforms, supporting release readiness across 10+ concurrent modules for clients including Pearson OBL, Discovery Education, BJU Press, and McGraw Hill.

I've led cross-functional QA teams of 15–16 members, managed task allocation and delivery timelines, and owned the complete JIRA defect lifecycle from logging through closure. I also facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, dashboards, and weekly client status reporting.

I use Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to accelerate test scenario creation, RCA drafting, defect documentation, requirements analysis, and sprint reporting, alongside Postman and SQL for API and data validation.
