At Mambu, I work as a Payroll Specialist. Before joining Mambu, I was a Payroll Analyst at Oracle and Cerner Corporation.
At Cerner Corporation, my work covered HR, payroll, and benefits. At Accenture, I worked on core HR processes and payroll as a Transaction processing analyst.
At Romanian Red Cross, I coordinated the home-care service for older adults and social projects, including the „Banca de alimente” project. My social work also included assessing beneficiaries’ needs, preparing individualized service plans, and monitoring cases.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Universitatea Transilvania. My experience also includes social services roles at Asociatia Papi Sante, Asociatia Curationis, and Fundația Prolife International.
