Daniela Paola Rojas Díaz

At Charlie Brown Educational Centers, I coordinate the English program and quality-management processes across multiple educational centers in Viña del Mar. I lead teaching teams, track performance and objectives, and coordinate administrative and operational work.

I create and organize documentation, plans, reports, and materials while using digital tools to manage tasks, deliverables, communication, and information across teams. I also coordinate institutional activities and projects, support recruitment and teacher evaluation, and communicate regularly with leadership, teachers, and families.

My work in the United States at St. Vincent’s Early Childhood Education Center, Montessori Early Childhood Center, and the University of California, Santa Barbara strengthened my leadership, customer service, event coordination, conflict resolution, and professional English communication in multicultural environments.

I bring bilingual Spanish-English communication, organized process management, and a people- and results-oriented approach to remote coordination, administration, operations, customer support, and virtual assistance roles.
