I’m a Monitoring, Evaluation Research and Learning (MERL) professional with 5+ years supporting donor-funded programmes across governance, climate resilience, and public sector reform initiatives in Nigeria. I coordinate MEL systems, manage reporting cycles, and strengthen data quality so teams can make better decisions with confidence.

In my current role as a Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer (FCDO, PACE), I coordinate MERL activities across multiple workstreams to ensure timely delivery of reporting milestones and programme outputs. I maintain performance tracking systems, automate programme scoring, and developed reporting dashboards - reducing reporting turnaround time by 60%.

Previously, as a Monitoring, Evaluation & Results Management Officer (FCDO – ARC / PERL), I coordinated programme monitoring systems across multiple states and managed collection, consolidation, and verification of performance data for decision-making and donor reporting. I also delivered MERL capacity strengthening sessions for 26 government stakeholders on M&E frameworks and results tracking.

I bring a practical, learning-focused approach: I support development and maintenance of Theory of Change, Results Frameworks, MEL plans, and Annual Workplans, while coordinating qualitative and quantitative data collection (FGDs, KIIs). I validate and ensure reliability of reporting, translating evidence into adaptive programming using tools like Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, and KoboToolbox.
