What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can lead MEL systems, support project delivery, improve data quality and reporting efficiency, build stakeholder capability, and use data, dashboards and learning reviews to strengthen adaptive programmes. I’m also interested in opportunities across data analytics, climate and AI evaluation.

I am a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) professional with over five years of experience supporting FCDO-funded governance, climate resilience and public sector programmes in Nigeria.

My experience spans programme monitoring and evaluation, research, data quality, results management, MIS, stakeholder engagement and learning. I have contributed to programme design and Results Frameworks, evaluations, completion reviews, Most Significant Change processes, outcome harvesting, qualitative research through KIIs and FGDs, and post-disbursement and completion reviews of grants.

I also have a strong interest in data analytics and using data to improve programme performance and decision making. I have hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau and KoboToolbox, including developing KPI dashboards and automated programme scoring systems that improved reporting efficiency.

More recently, I have developed experience in AI evaluation and data quality, further strengthening my interest in the intersection of data, technology and evidence.

My professional interests include MEL and evaluation, research, data analytics, AI evaluation, climate change and resilience, climate data, governance, and evidence-based decision making. I am particularly interested in remote and globally oriented opportunities where I can combine evaluation, analytical and technology skills to solve practical problems.
