What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities where MEL is used not just for reporting, but for learning, adaptation, and driving meaningful impact across programmes and systems.

I'm currently supporting MEL system implementation at Partnership for Agile Governance and Climate Engagement (PACE), an FCDO-funded governance and climate resilience programme. My work includes results measurement, reporting coordination, data quality assurance, and adaptive learning across multiple workstreams.

Previously, I supported the inception of the FCDO Nigeria Governance and Climate Programme and contributed to FCDO PERL governance reform programmes across Kaduna, Kano, Jigawa, and federal institutions. I've helped develop Theory of Change frameworks, Results Frameworks, MEL plans, annual workplans, monitoring strategies, and quarterly reports.

I use qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder engagement, reflection sessions, and practical data tools to turn evidence into programme improvements. I'm particularly motivated by impact measurement, systems change, governance reform, climate resilience, and accountable decision-making.
