What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply MERL expertise to improve data quality and program performance, work collaboratively with diverse teams, support capacity building, and contribute to measurable health outcomes.

I am a Monitoring & Evaluation professional with over five years' experience supporting USAID/PEPFAR-funded health programs in HIV/AIDS, TB, OVC, and COVID-19. I specialize in strengthening facility reporting systems, mentoring M&E staff, and ensuring accurate program data across national platforms.

In my recent role as LGA Coordinator with Heartland Alliance (USAID ACE-6), I supervised M&E teams, led data triangulation and folder audits, and improved data quality through enhanced EMR and DHIS2 processes. I consistently delivered timely, high-quality reports to support program decision-making.

Previously, I supported data validation, RADET generation, NDR uploads, and capacity building as an M&E Officer Support Consultant with AHNi/USAID SHARP and as an M&E Consultant on USAID SIDHAS/SHARP. I have hands-on experience with DHIS2, LAMIS, NOMIS, EMR systems, KoboCollect, and national reporting tools.

I am committed to program excellence, collaborative stakeholder engagement, and continuous quality improvement to drive better health outcomes. I am willing to relocate and ready to contribute technical leadership to mission-driven health programs.
