What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead adaptive, results-driven health and development programmes where strong MEAL systems, evidence-based decision-making, and accountable service delivery can improve outcomes for vulnerable populations at scale.

At Save the Children, I lead MEAL operations across seven North-Western states, supervising 12 staff and improving reporting timeliness from 68% to 95%. I also strengthened data quality from 72% to 93% through real-time field verification and feedback.

Across health and development programmes, I've designed M&E frameworks, IPTTs, PIRS, data-collection tools, and accountability mechanisms. I've led nationwide framework rollouts, evaluations, KAP surveys, data quality assessments, and donor reporting while helping teams turn evidence into programme improvements.

I'm passionate about using data to improve service delivery for vulnerable populations. I build the capacity of field teams and partners through practical training, mentoring, and systems that make reliable reporting and adaptive decision-making possible.
