I’m a Supply & Demand Planning Senior Manager with 11+ years’ experience in the retail industry. I focus on building clear standards, improving planning rigor, and turning forecasts into reliable supply decisions.

In my current role at Sunnies Inc., I pioneered and established supply and demand planning standards. I spearhead S&OP, sales forecasting, demand planning, supply ordering, budgeting, and inventory management, and I lead a team of 5 Supply & Demand Planners.

Earlier, I served as Merchandising Senior Manager at Sunnies Studios, where I pioneered and established merchandising standards. I spearheaded assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and planogram, and I led teams including Assistant Merchandising Managers and Merchandising Specialists.

Before that, I gained strong foundation across merchandising and retail operations through roles such as Brand Associate at Aigle and Category Merchandise Manager at Parisian. I handled overseas fashion buying, visual merchandising, marketing, promotions/events, public relations, staff training, and retail operations—including spearheading the grand launch of the first three Aigle stores in Southeast Asia.
