In my current role as PURCHASING/IMPORT DEPARTMENT HEAD, I lead end-to-end procurement for local and international suppliers, manage purchase orders based on project demands, and negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements. I coordinate international shipments through FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, and other freight partners, while monitoring order status, customs clearance, and payment processing to minimize logistics costs and delays.
