I’m a process-oriented Industrial Engineer who thrives on goal-driven execution in production planning and operations. At Sunnies Inc., I monitor timely order placement, production, and warehouse arrival of stocks to ensure schedules stay on track.

I ensure production schedules are met accordingly by mitigating risks from unexpected delays. I develop mitigation plans, push suppliers and contract manufacturers for compressed lead times, and coordinate across departments so targets are achieved without compromising output.

Before this, I built strong foundations at Fisherfarms through process improvement and production scheduling. I studied production schedules and manpower requirements, continuously improved machines and manpower capacity, and conducted trials and research to improve quality.

I also supervised over 140 people across production areas, delegating tasks and maintaining operations in line with client demand. With Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training and logistics internship experience at Coca-Cola FEMSA, I bring continuous-improvement thinking to warehousing and logistics operations.
