At Asakabank JSC, I own the bank’s data strategy and platform roadmap, and authored the data pillar of its 2026–2028 IT strategy: more than 40 initiatives prioritised by business value and risk. As acting director of the digital technology department, I redesigned its organisation and introduced weekly portfolio reporting for the Board.
As Head of Data Engineering & AI, I built and led a 19-person team across data engineering, ML and product engineering. We delivered a production credit-scoring system integrated with core banking, with automated retraining, deployment and drift monitoring, and shipped products for collateral valuation and call-centre speech analytics.
Earlier at Asakabank, I built the Risk Assessment System, bringing together ETL, a data warehouse and risk dashboards that cut report preparation from days to minutes. My hands-on roots also include Python and Java software engineering, and I’m completing an MSc in Data Science in Economics at the University of Milan.
