I currently lead recruitment as a Recruitment Supervisor at Adecco, bringing over 10 years of Human Resources experience across recruitment, employee engagement, talent strategy, and organizational transformation.
At Kurtulus Associations, I managed end-to-end HR and operational processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, payroll preparation, personnel policies, training programs, budgeting, reporting, and internal communications. Earlier at Samaritan's Purse, I managed HR operations, updated the HR handbook in line with Turkish labor law, shaped local compensation and benefits, and led performance review and employee development processes.
I'm passionate about building stronger workplace cultures through data-informed recruitment, leadership development, and employee experience. I'm a strategic yet hands-on HR partner who brings together multigenerational teams and turns people priorities into action.
