I am a CTO, Technical Lead and Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience building, modernizing and scaling web platforms, internal systems, CRM products, API integrations and AI-powered applications.

My core stack is C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, React / Angular, OpenAI API and Azure AI services. I work comfortably across architecture, backend development, integrations, cloud deployment, technical discovery, team leadership and hands-on delivery.

Since 2016, I have been the founder of DilyaSoft, where I lead a senior engineering team delivering custom software for clients in the US, UK, Europe and Australia. Before that, I worked as a PM, Team Leader and Senior Developer for GDC, a Fujitsu preferred supplier, and as a Team Lead / Senior Developer for International Financial Software.

My recent work includes:

• Building Azure SaaS platforms with C#, React and OpenAI features

• Designing API integrations for production business workflows

• Developing AI automation bots for Slack and Microsoft Teams

• Improving SQL-heavy reporting, CRM workflows and deployment stability

• Migrating legacy VB6 / .NET Framework systems to modern C# / ASP.NET Core architectures

• Supporting long-term product development as a technical partner, not just a task-based developer
