What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hands-on technical role where I can design and build business-critical systems, validate architecture through code, modernize legacy platforms, and guide teams through delivery rather than focus on pure management.

I've designed and built brokerage, trading, insurance, and B2B SaaS platforms, including an OMS at First Heartland Securities that reduced client order processing from one business day to 10 minutes. I also automated client reporting to one minute per client and foreign-national insurance policy issuance from 30 to 5 minutes.

I'm currently developing a TypeScript/Node.js brokerage core and OMS using DDD, Event Sourcing, CQRS, KurrentDB/EventStoreDB, and NATS. I stay close to implementation through reference code, critical backend components, architecture reviews, code review, and mentoring, and I prefer hands-on technical roles over pure management.
