Aleksei Risovannyi

Software engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in full-stack development, enterprise application architecture, and technical team leadership. I have worked at ELMIS Inc. since 2012, progressing from Middle Developer to Senior Developer and, in 2019, to Team Lead. I currently lead a team of four software engineers.

I possess extensive expertise in C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL, with a strong specialization in the .NET ecosystem, including .NET 8, as well as React, WPF, WCF, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.

I have led the architecture, development, and delivery of several complex, multi-module enterprise platforms.

Key projects include:

AppSquare — a business process automation suite supporting electronic document interchange, capital expenditure requests, budget forecasting, and KPI monitoring;

Freshline — a comprehensive ERP solution for a major logistics company in the flower industry, comprising web, mobile, and warehouse management applications;

Cloud IT Okna - software platforms serving the manufacturing;

Fitnessoft — ERP for fitness and wellness management;

RRTour — ERP for hotel registration management;

As Team Lead, I oversee project planning and delivery, technical decision-making, code reviews, and software quality. The role also involves direct collaboration with international clients, including requirements analysis, solution planning, progress communication, and on-site meetings abroad.
