What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote work where I can stay close to deep engineering: platform architecture, performance, developer experience, and reliable delivery systems. I value opportunities to build standards and internal platforms that scale across teams.

I've led platform work at Semrush that cut feature delivery time from roughly 10 days to under 8 hours while keeping change failure rates below 5%. I design CI/CD, micro-frontend architecture, Golden Paths, and internal open-source platforms adopted by more than 90% of dependent teams.
