I’m looking for remote TAM / Customer Success roles where I can be the primary technical contact, drive clear incident communication and postmortems, and help align engineering outcomes with business goals.

I’m an infrastructure professional with 3+ years of enterprise experience at Ericsson and Commerzbank, now focused on client-facing roles. I’m known for translating complex technical issues into clear business language and acting as the bridge between engineering teams and external stakeholders.

At Ericsson, I served as the primary technical contact for external enterprise clients during incident resolution, communicating root cause analysis and status updates in clear, actionable language. I facilitated cross-functional alignment between engineering teams and Product Owners, onboarding and mentoring new team members, and running knowledge-transfer sessions. I also managed high-availability infrastructure for 80+ microservices (Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL/Patroni) and helped reduce average MTTR by 30% through proactive monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana) and structured postmortems.
