At LCG Consultoria em Gestão & Sustentabilidade, I coordinate consulting projects focused on sustainability, climate governance, and monitoring and evaluation. I develop climate risk matrices and GHG inventories, and work with smallholder farmers and artisanal fisheries on certifications and traceability.
On a program for agricultural supply chains, I coordinated work addressing labor risks and climate resilience in the apple production chain, benefiting more than 300 smallholder farmers in southern Brazil.
As co-founder and Operations/Finance Coordinator at SUMÁ, I led digital product development with remote tech teams and engaged stakeholders and international investors. I also oversaw financial and social impact indicators using OKRs and Agile methodologies.
Earlier, I contributed to territorial development projects at Humana and developed customized corporate training content on sustainability and impact metrics at ENS – School for Sustainable Business. I have a Master’s in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
