At Rede D’Or, I lead corporate sustainability strategy and the ESG project portfolio, translating the ESG Strategic Plan into objectives, KPIs, targets, and action plans. I manage a three-person team and work across climate change, social initiatives, reporting, and ESG maturity.
I oversee integrated reporting in accordance with GRI Standards, SASB Standards, and the Integrated Reporting Framework. I also manage ESG indices and ratings, including ISE B3, ICO2 B3, CDP, S&P Global CSA, MSCI ESG, and Sustainalytics.
At Rede D’Or, I oversee GHG inventory data consolidation, independent verification, and disclosure through Brazil’s Public Emissions Registry. This work contributed to the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program Gold Seal for the fifth consecutive year, and I lead climate initiatives including decarbonization, scenario analysis, and the Climate Transition Plan.
Previously, at Ambipar ESG, I delivered materiality assessments, ESG maturity diagnostics, and sustainability reporting advice. My advisory work on index requirements contributed to Ambipar Group’s 6th-place ranking in the 2024 ISE B3 portfolio.
