What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute as an ESG & sustainability leader—owning human rights due diligence, social impact strategy, and investor-facing reporting while improving ESG performance through rigorous data, governance, and cross-functional execution.

I’m an ESG and sustainability professional with 10+ years of experience leading corporate sustainability reporting and advancing ESG performance. I’ve driven corporate sustainability reporting across GRI, SASB, Integrated Reporting, and TCFD, while strengthening ESG ratings and index management through CDP, Bloomberg, ISE B3, S&P Sustainability Index, and FTSE4Good.

In my recent role, I lead Human Rights Due Diligence aligned with EU standards—identifying, mitigating, and remediating potential social impacts across operations, supply chain, and host communities. I also develop and implement the Group’s Social Investment Strategy (B4SI methodology), coordinate social-chapter preparation and audit using GRI, ESRS, and IFRS methodologies, and support social-themed index responses.

I’m known for translating complex data into clear strategic documentation for senior leadership, and for connecting people and processes across cross-functional teams. My work includes stakeholder matrix management, community-facing initiatives, governance of social indicators across subsidiaries, and advocacy through industry groups such as CEBDS Social Committee and the UN Global Compact Energy Sector Human Rights Working Group.
