I'm looking to lead risk, compliance, service quality, and branch operations in a customer-focused financial institution, where I can strengthen controls, resolve audit issues, develop teams, and support efficient, compliant service delivery.

I've led service quality and compliance across KCB Bank branches, driving branch-level risk controls, AML/CFT adherence, audit resolution, and business continuity planning.

Over 18 years in retail banking, I've conducted KCSA, RCSA, KRA, and compliance reviews; reconciled suspense accounts and monthly returns; and enforced SOPs to reduce fraud and forgery exposure. I have also managed mortgage portfolios, maintaining Portfolio at Risk below 5%, while ensuring timely loan processing and nil-fraud product management.
