At INFINIX MOBILITY CO., LTD, I plan and deliver product knowledge and sales training for promoters and sales teams. I coach teams on product demonstrations, customer engagement, objection handling and closing techniques.
I monitor team performance, identify knowledge gaps and conduct refresher training. I also visit markets and outlets to track sales activity, product visibility and competitor activity.
My work includes gathering market information and preparing reports to support management decisions. I coordinate promoter activities and support trade marketing initiatives, store activations and promotional campaigns.
Earlier, I worked in trade, HR and administration, and in-store promotion at INFINIX MOBILITY CO., LTD and SAMSUNG MOBILE NIGERIA. I received the Infinix Product Trainer – Kenya TTT Silver Trainer Award and the Infinix Best Staff of the Year Award in 2018.
