What I'm looking for
I’m a Strategic People Consultant with 4 years of experience driving complex transformation across government and non-profit sectors. I’m recognized for strong stakeholder engagement skills, creative thinking, and data-driven solutions.
As a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young (EY), I’ve led workforce reviews and future forecasting, including a national workforce review of Science, Technology and Engineering sector roles and skills across Singapore’s public sector. I’ve designed operating models and organisational structures, built strategic workforce plans spanning multiple government departments, and conducted strategic organisational redesign—always pairing design work with practical change management plans.
I also translate people insights into action: I developed employee engagement insights and recommendations for over 40 Singapore Government entities, produced organisational health assessment reports for 29 non-profit organisations, and supported national initiatives through impact assessments and statistical analysis. Earlier, I strengthened my HR foundation through talent acquisition work at Great Eastern and internship recruitment and HR database/knowledge management support at Henkel, and I now bring Prosci Change Practitioner training to every engagement.
