At the Municipal Public Security Department, I coordinate daily operations for a 24/7 emergency communications center and supervise a team of nine. I prioritize urgent requests, assess critical information, and coordinate emergency resources.

I work with police, emergency medical services, fire services, Civil Protection, and other municipal teams to support incident resolution. I also manage staffing and operational follow-up, with attention to procedures, documentation quality, and continuity of service.

In concurrent assignments, I coordinated operational crime-analysis activities and responsibilities associated with Plataforma México. This work supported incident assessment, pattern identification, public-safety planning, and coordination between frontline and administrative stakeholders.

I'm developing SIFIO, a personal technology project for Android incident reporting with role-based access, geotagged photographs, and a Firebase/Firestore/Storage architecture. I also use QGIS and Google Earth for geographic analysis and response-zone planning, and I'm pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence.
