What I'm looking for

I’m seeking HR roles where I can provide employee support, configure Workday, and improve compensation processes within a collaborative, diverse organization that values continuous improvement and growth.

I’m an enthusiastic HR professional with over 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, passionate about supporting diverse, multicultural teams. I hold an MSc in Applied Psychology and a BSc in Psychological Sciences and focus on employee lifecycle, HR advisory, and compliance.

In recent roles I have delivered expert employee support, led Workday configuration, and supported global compensation processes including the Annual Compensation Review. I drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, maintaining Fair Work compliance, and partnering with People Leaders to resolve workplace issues.
