At R1 RCM, I lead daily revenue cycle operations for a 15-hospital client portfolio and partner with hospital CFOs and executive leaders on financial and operational priorities. I assisted with revenue recovery efforts that resulted in a 46% reduction in AR days.

I also led revenue cycle teams in opening a new hospital and supporting a two-hospital merger. My work includes analytics-informed operations, billing and audit support, patient access workflow improvements, and technology migration across multiple sites.

At Huron Consulting Group, I coached administrators and department leaders in using reports to achieve an $8M reduction in Discharged Not Final Billed. I also led Denial Managed Services teams in implementing denial prevention programs for several clients.
