I’m a meditation facilitator and wellness practitioner with “over 11 years of daily meditation practice.” I guide individuals and groups through mindfulness, breathwork, and embodied awareness to support real nervous system regulation and lasting calm.

I bring a “background in art therapy” and “emotional support” with a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. I facilitate creative, therapeutic experiences that help people process emotions, build self-awareness, and access deeper insight for healing.

In retreat-style and group environments, I’ve helped create “calming and welcoming spaces” and supported “retreat-style environments.” I also coordinate group experiences with grounded presence—responding to client needs while maintaining safety, clarity, and continuity.

I’m passionate about helping others “regulate their nervous systems, connect inward, and cultivate clarity, calm, and personal transformation.” With a blend of meditation practice, somatic tools, and creative expression, I’m committed to supporting meaningful, embodied change.
