What I'm looking for

I seek roles that let me integrate yoga and meditation with behavioral health support in compassionate, team-oriented recovery settings where I can expand my teaching and clinical impact.

I am a 200-hour RYT yoga instructor with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy, committed to bringing peace and healing to people struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. My work blends clinical experience with somatic practices, integrating yoga and meditation into therapeutic settings.

I have served as a Clinical Associate and Behavioral Health Technician at a recovery center, taught yoga internationally at hostels in Mexico, Turkey, and Spain, and presently teach yoga at a fitness center. I emphasize respect, kindness, and a compassionate lens in all client interactions, and I am CPR and First Aid certified.

I am organized, experienced in consumer-facing service roles, and comfortable working in team-based and residential environments, including housekeeping and volunteer coordination. I seek opportunities to expand my teaching practice and continue supporting recovery through integrative, trauma-informed approaches.
