I've facilitated recovery and wellness services at A New Direction Recovery & Wellness, using bioenergetics, mindfulness, breathwork, dynamic meditation, Somatics and self-realization practices to support healing.

Previously, I served as a group facilitator, case manager, and therapist at Ardu Recovery, where I applied trauma-informed interventions, treatment planning, rapport building, and evidence-based assessment methods. At Ohana Chiropractic & Wellness Center, I provided neurofeedback, bioenergetics, and personal mentoring.

I approach mental, emotional, psychological, and somatic challenges by assisting clients to address root causes and access their own internal intelligence for healing and wellness. My work has led me to practice within both clinical inpatient, outpatient, and holistic spaces, one-on-one work, leading seminars, workshops, and group classes on personal growth and recovery, managing holistic healing offices, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. I bring an empathic and empowering approach to every client and community I serve.
