Jes Shick

I am a dedicated Tantra teacher with a decade-plus practice guiding individuals and couples in body-based meditation, breath work, subtle energy movement, and visualization. I have led workshops, retreats, and one-on-one sessions to help clients develop sustainable intimacy practices.

I founded and operate Subtle Seed Tantra (2013–current) and have worked with hundreds of clients, gathering testimonials and reviews documenting client outcomes and satisfaction. I also created and maintain a Google Business Profile to collect recent reviews from couples retreats.

Beyond my private practice, I serve as Secretary and Co-Treasurer on the Board of Directors for SERVE Equity Fund, a volunteer-run nonprofit that provides funding to entrepreneurs with intellectual or physical disabilities. My prior roles include office operations, SOP development, administrative support, and executive assistance.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Women’s & Gender Studies and certifications including Essence Tantra Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master Training, and a Sexuality Counselor Certification. I prioritize empathetic, organized, and evidence-informed support for clients and collaborate well with like-minded professionals.
