What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer service and technical support with data entry and analysis. I want quality-focused work (QA/floor support), tools like Zendesk/Okta/Power BI, and a team that values clear problem-solving and reliable back-office execution.

I’m a motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in customer service and technical support. I’m proficient in Spanish and English, and I bring a strong Data Entry background in market research and data analysis, with hardware and software knowledge. I also support operations with problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Most recently, I worked as a Content Moderator with Floor support and QA, and I’ve also delivered collections and care/support across customer services roles, including Tier 2 back office support and Internal Excel support. I’ve used tools like Zendesk, Okta, Power BI, and AI-focused PowerBI capabilities, and I focus on reliable quality, clear back-office execution, and smooth customer outcomes. With CCNA and CISCO-IT Essentials training, I’m ready to apply my support + data mindset to help teams perform at their best.
