At Nakisa, I lead the shift from operational HR to a strategic, growth-aligned People function during an AI-driven GTM transformation. I partner with the president and senior leadership team on organization design, workforce planning, retention, performance, and leadership depth.
Previously at CloudOps, I led people strategy through PE-backed growth and its acquisition by Aptum, building scalable HR foundations and integrating teams, systems, and employer brand.
