What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead an end-to-end data engineering organization—defining enterprise data strategy, building governance-forward platforms, and coaching teams to deliver real-time, business-impacting data products with Agile execution.

I’m the Head of Data Engineering, steering a dynamic engineering function and helping shape enterprise data strategy as part of the leadership team. I focus on defining departmental vision and delivering scalable, high-impact data products and platforms.

In my current role, I direct a cross-functional data department integrating complex datasets across iGaming business units (Poker, Sports, Casino, Payments). I build and operate an event-driven platform processing millions of events daily, enabling real-time actionable insights for business teams.

I’m deeply hands-on with data warehousing, data modeling, and traditional and modern data architecture principles, including governance practices and engineering best practices. I also drive operational excellence—streamlining delivery, acting as a team facilitator, and removing roadblocks to accelerate time-to-market.

I’ve also led engineering teams through Agile/Scrum and Kanban ways of working, emphasizing productivity, predictability, and an efficient development lifecycle. Previously, I managed global data engineering and architecture teams and worked across analytics, dashboarding, and decision-support systems while mentoring engineers to build autonomy and performance.
