At DSV Global Transport and Logistics, I support global enterprise users and resolve access and software issues across Microsoft 365, Citrix Workspace, and core logistics applications.
I administer user account lifecycles in Active Directory and cloud MDM platforms, including Intune, AirWatch, and Jamf. I also manage role-based security groups, password policies, and multi-factor authentication setup.
At Ayala Property Management Corporation, I facilitated user account provisioning and deprovisioning, software license allocations, and hardware setup for onboarding personnel. I also oversaw ticket workflows and escalated complex issues to tier-2/3 groups.
