What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise ServiceNow platform strategy, governance and multi-workflow delivery, while applying AI-enabled process improvement and developing high-performing teams.

I own platform strategy and delivery standards for ServiceNow ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, CSDM and CSM programmes across enterprise clients.

At NewRocket / Service Stack Technologies, I authored a CMDB Governance Policy adopted into production by a global client and created an ITIL-based Asset Management architecture reused across engagements.

I lead governance forums, executive workshops and multi-team programmes, aligning architects, engineers, testers and Business Analysts through delivery and into BAU. I’ve delivered SAM Pro and Software Workflow transformations while managing platform risk, scope, budget and timelines.

I also apply Agentic AI and NowAssist learning to delivery improvement, coach team members into Scrum Master and Business Analyst roles, and build reusable governance frameworks for the wider practice.
