What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or people-focused role where I can build reliable HR systems, strengthen compliance and data integrity, and support a growing team through scalable processes.

At Isara Laboratories, I served as the sole HR function while the California-based team scaled from 4 to 20+ employees. I built onboarding infrastructure from scratch, administered benefits and employee lifecycle changes across three jurisdictions, and onboarded 15+ employees and contractors across the U.S. and Europe.

My Big 4 audit foundation at PwC supports a compliance-first approach to HR administration, data integrity, and process improvement. I audited financial workstreams for organizations including UCSF Health and Stanford University, identified compliance gaps, and coordinated five offshore associates across time zones.
