I’m looking for a role where I can deliver confidential, high-level executive support—owning calendars, travel, records, and communication—while improving processes, protecting accuracy, and helping leadership stay focused through reliable organization and ethics.

I’m a detail-oriented Executive Assistant with over ten years of high-level support experience, known for exceptional organizational skills, accountability, support, and ethics. I’m currently supporting the Police Chief and Deputy Police Chiefs at the Montrose Police Department, bringing calm, accurate, and responsive communication to internal and external customers.

I manage complex calendars and schedules, respond to meeting requests, reconcile conflicts, and provide gatekeeping to foster uninterrupted work hours. I also arrange business travel and accommodations, complete expense reports and requisitions, answer phones, compose correspondence, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. When meetings require it, I plan and coordinate events on nights and weekends, including catering, venue setup, clean-up, and registration management.

Previously, as an Assistant City Secretary, I served as Records Management Coordinator—implementing the City’s Records Management Program and processing Public Information Act requests. I assisted with city agendas, agenda packets, and accurate minutes in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, while also supporting municipal court and utility functions. I also managed public communications and city social media pages, developing and posting content while maintaining consistent voice and branding across platforms.

My background spans HR, public service, and communications support: I recruited and supported onboarding in a Human Resources Specialist role, and earlier handled record management, public inquiries, and documentation as an Administrative Assistant/Public Service Officer/Detention Officer. I’ve also led social media and public information efforts, using analytics to improve outreach impact, and I’m currently in the process of getting my Emergency Medical Technician Certification.
