What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI product strategy and delivery, turning enterprise data and LLM capabilities into measurable customer and business outcomes.

At Oracle, I’ve shipped 50+ AI-powered capabilities for a global enterprise SaaS CRM, including a rollout to Oracle’s 15,000+ seller organization that generates 80,000+ monthly uses.

I lead product strategy and execution for the agentic transformation of Oracle Fusion CX, using AI orchestration to turn CRM data from a system of record into a system of action. I define success metrics, quality standards, prompt iteration, output evaluation, and production readiness for LLM-powered features.

I turn use cases into prototypes with Codex and Oracle AI Agent Studio, giving engineering concrete artifacts and stakeholders something real to validate. I also own roadmap and agile delivery across UX, sales automation, predictive data products, and integrations.

Before product management, I led EMEA deal desk and technical support teams, building my approach around customer feedback, operational rigor, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional delivery.
