At Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, I guide prospective students through admissions, answer inquiries, and help each student identify the right program.

I use Microsoft Excel, Element451, and Populi to organize student information, manage daily tasks, and support a smooth application experience. I also bring campus-facing experience as a Student Ambassador, welcoming families and leading tours that connected students with programs and resources.

As Shop Manager at B. Wilson Enterprises, I managed daily operations for a five-person team, contributing to a 20% productivity increase while maintaining a 95% customer satisfaction rating.
