I am a dedicated Sales Coordinator with a strong background in sales planning, monitoring, and customer service management within the FMCG and logistics sectors. My experience has equipped me with the skills necessary to drive operational efficiency and support commercial execution, enabling data-driven decision-making that enhances business outcomes and team performance.

Currently, I work at Devyani Food Industries Kenya Ltd, where I monitor the entire sales order lifecycle, prepare sales reports, and conduct training sessions for new users on our sales force automation tools. My role involves setting and managing sales targets, maintaining customer master data, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of queries.

Previously, as an Assistant Sales Data Analyst, I automated data cleaning processes and developed dashboards using Power BI and Excel to visualize real-time data. My analytical skills have allowed me to create detailed measures that track sales performance and identify trends, ultimately supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.
