I seek a role leveraging data management and analysis skills in a collaborative organization that values data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and opportunities for professional growth.

I am a recent Bachelor of Science (Economics & Statistics) graduate with hands-on experience in data management, analysis, and business operations. I bring practical experience converting and cleaning data, producing analytical reports, and using spreadsheets to generate actionable insights.

My work history includes roles as a Data Manager and Data Analyst attaché where I performed data entry, processing, quality enhancement, route and performance analysis, and report writing for agricultural and postal organizations.

I also served as a Business Manager handling inventory management and accounting, maintaining accurate financial records, managing creditors and debtors, and implementing controls to reduce unnecessary expenses and misappropriation.

Most recently I worked as a Call Center Agent, developing strong customer-care, communication, problem-solving, and call-resolution skills. I am proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to apply analytical and business-management skills to support organizational growth.
