What I'm looking for

I’m returning to work and looking for a sales or customer-support role where I can run day-to-day outreach and help lead teams through coaching, performance monitoring, and KPI-driven execution.

I’ve built my career around outbound sales and customer-facing roles, from appointment setting and cold calling to insurance sales and customer support. Most of that work has been remote and target-driven, where I focused on turning leads into booked clients and keeping issues from becoming escalations.

At ICare Solution, I managed B2B sales cycles from prospecting through closing, and I supervised a sales team against monthly targets while coaching underperformers. Before that, I led a remote customer support team at US Casting LLC, handling escalations and coordinating daily workflow.

I also moved into shift management and collections, working as a Debt Collection Officer / Shift Manager at 1st Credit of America, where I negotiated repayment plans and coordinated staff schedules to hit daily collection targets. Earlier roles included health insurance sales and survey work with Evlex Com, plus mortgage refinancing telemarketing.

I stepped away from full-time work from 2021–2026 for personal and family health reasons, and I’m now re-entering the workforce with renewed energy and a broad, adaptable set of sales and team leadership skills.
