What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role where I can provide reliable ICT support, troubleshoot networks and connectivity, and keep growing into stronger cybersecurity and system administration—while contributing to clear documentation, accountability, and effective digital learning.

I’m a motivated IT professional with a Bachelor of Science in Information Security and Forensics, and hands-on experience in networking, system support, and troubleshooting. I’m committed to delivering quality ICT support while fostering effective digital learning for the people and teams I support.

In my current IT Attachment at Optane Fiber Networks, I’ve supported client connectivity through Wi‑Fi installations and configurations, structured cabling with Cat6, and fiber optic work including ADSS cabling, fusion splicing, and OTDR link testing. I also assist with wireless deployments (dish alignment, PTP setup, signal optimization), diagnose issues like slow connections and LOS (Loss of Signal), and support maintenance including firmware upgrades.

Previously, as an IT Support Technician at Olele Garments, I troubleshot and resolved computer and network issues, installed and maintained hardware, software, and network devices, and supported IT interns through mentorship. I continue strengthening my security foundation through practical work (basic cybersecurity practices) and projects like my Cybersecurity Homelab (simulated Active Directory with monitoring tools), alongside tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Metasploit, and Burp Suite.
