I’m a cybersecurity enthusiast and aspiring Penetration Tester with over 4 years of hands-on experience supporting ISP infrastructure, deploying networks, and strengthening perimeter defence. I focus on building resilient, secure network environments by configuring, optimizing, and hardening systems for real-world availability.

In my current role as a Technical Support Technician, I provide 1st and 2nd level technical support through phone, chat, and Freshdesk ticketing. I diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while collaborating with network engineers on escalated faults, and I perform signal optimization using Ubiquiti sectors, airFibers, and MikroTik devices.

Previously as a Technical Executive at RNA Solutions, I configured and supported Sophos & Fortinet firewalls and security solutions, while installing and maintaining NAS systems. I also supported remote and onsite network, hardware, and software issues, set up and optimized routers and access points across multiple brands, and delivered hardware diagnostics with fast turnaround targets.

Right now, I’m focused on advancing my Ethical Hacking expertise—especially passive reconnaissance, service enumeration, and securing data in transit. I bring a strong foundation in the OSI model and TCP/IP protocols, and I enjoy analyzing complex technical escalations to identify vulnerabilities, strengthen defences, and protect critical infrastructure.
