I’m a student-focused education and support professional with 10+ years of combined experience in teaching, coaching, customer service, technical support, and learner engagement. I guided students across seven subject areas, monitored participation and progress, identified barriers, and adapted instruction for clear academic goal support—especially in virtual learning environments. I’m also grounded in structured communication, assessments, and progress monitoring that help people move from confusion to confidence.
In my current role, I support users of complex Air Force Ground Control Stations by translating procedures, performing maintenance in accordance with technical data, and resolving issues with a service-first mindset. I diagnose electronic, communications, and IT subsystem problems using test equipment, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation, while maintaining accurate maintenance records and coordinating competing priorities. I also bring leadership and stakeholder communication through union stewardship and co-founding a rare-disease nonprofit.
