Jeff Reddish

At Boeing, I lead troubleshooting and fault isolation for electronic, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, coordinating repairs with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, vendors, and skilled trades.

Before Boeing, I spent over nine years in the U.S. Navy operating, maintaining, and supervising nuclear propulsion and auxiliary electrical systems. I instructed reactor theory and instrumentation courses, directed plant operations teams, and led preventive and corrective maintenance.

I bring a safety-focused approach to high-voltage systems, technical troubleshooting, quality assurance, maintenance coordination, and mentorship. I also support technical learning through Boeing’s High School Manufacturing Student Program.
