I’m a motivated IT professional with a strong foundation in software engineering through completion of Level 4 Higher Education. I’m experienced in customer service and technical problem solving, and I learn new technologies quickly while explaining technical information clearly.

In remote roles, I provide customer support while navigating multiple systems at once to resolve issues efficiently and accurately. I’ve also supported sales and accounts using several software platforms simultaneously, strengthening both communication and IT literacy.

I’m seeking an entry-level IT Support, Help Desk or Technical Support role to continue developing my technical skills. I’m also open to a Level 6 apprenticeship in Software Engineering, building on my intermediate C# and foundational C# certification with Microsoft.
